If you currently pay for your prescription you will pay the standard NHS charge when you order or if you’ve chosen to collect from your local pharmacy, you will be charged upon collection.
If you prescription is free, just add in your exemption details or prepayment certificate into the app when prompted.There when you need usIf something goes wrong, our patient experience team is here to help.

Download the Hey Pharmacist app and set up your account using NHS login 2.
See your repeat prescriptions and choose which you want delivered.3.
Your GP will check your order and well let you know when its approved.4.
If you choose home delivery you’ll get updates on where your order’s up to.5.
If you choose local collection, simply call into the pharmacy when you’re ready collect – please allow 2-3 days for this option

"Reminders don't work! I've been using this app for the past year and being able to order online is very convenient however despite having set reminders to reorder every 4 weeks these don't always come through and I've been left with too little medication on about 3 separate occasions now. As this is a main feature of the app this really needs to be looked into. I don't want to have to reset my reminder every month, otherwise what's the point?"
